Medical Receptionist

Our client is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their busy practice in Exton, PA! This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to patients, both in person and over the phone. This is a temporary to permanent position that would interview and start immediately.-

The pay rate for this position is $16.00-17.00/hour.


-Greet all scheduled and walk-in patients

-Administer paperwork and update patient records

-Address patient questions and concerns

-Collect co-payment and address questions regarding insurance coverage

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Minimum of one year of medical admin experience in a healthcare organization

  • Knowledge of billing practices and procedures

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

  • Excellent customer service skills


High School




  • 2+ years of professional experience as a medical receptionist
