8My client in Woburn is in the need for an immediate dynamic part-time Data Entry/Payroll Clerk.

Part-time Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:00 am to 3:00 hours are flexible Pay is $18.00 p/hr


What We're Looking for:

-We want to invest in someone who is looking for more than just a job, but a fun career within the payroll industry. The person must have a knowledge of ADP Workforce. This position involves strong attention to detail and being able to multitask and prioritize work. A very friendly, positive demeanor with a genuine desire for helping others is a must.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM


-Process payroll using ADP Workforce.

-Input and record daily payroll deposits.

-Accurately process monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll forms.

-Input new client information into ADP payroll system.

-Various payroll administrative duties, which include updating the company CRM database, updating forms and templates, documentation of procedures, and other general administrative tasks as assigned.


High School




Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years of administrative bookkeeping and/or payroll work in a fast-paced environment.
